Born in 1957 in Amman, Jordan, Dr. Taghreed Al-Qudsi begins this interview by talking about her family’s history and the details of her coming to Kuwait. After that, Al-Qudsi talks about the different education levels, as well as the nature of relationships with the Palestinian community residing in Kuwait. She remembers the wars of 1967 and 1973, and then moves on to talk about her joining Kuwait University in 1975, her marriage to Dr. Shafiq Al-Ghabra in 1977, and their move to Beirut to join the resistance. Al-Qudsi then moves on to the topic of their move to the United States of America to continue her studies, her work after that at Kuwait University, in addition to the events of the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait and its liberation.
